serviced by the Independent agency channel.

As an

Independent Agency Development Lead you will have access to ODC's

(Oracle Data Cloud) digital audiences, media and measurement solutions, DMP,

Moat and Grapeshot’s suite of context capabilities. We are bringing all these

assets together to help agencies best solve their clients marketing challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall

Oracle Data Cloud revenue goal for a portfolio of these agencies.

Keyresponsibilities include:

  • Achieve revenue goals for a portfolio of agencies via

adoption of the full Oracle Data Cloud portfolio

  • Close appropriate contracts for use of Oracle services

  • Prioritize agency requests looping in various Oracle stakeholders

as appropriate.

  • Drive agency education to enable effective use of Oracle’s suite

of capabilities

Skillsand Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience working with or within an

advertising agency

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written

communication skills with the ability to lead client presentations

  • Technical understanding of data, analytics

  • DMP knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams

and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and

multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to think and act in an innovative and creative

way

  • Rounded understanding of general marketing practices,

targeting practices and online media

  • Advanced knowledge of online advertising techniques

  • Travel as needed, up to 30%

  • BA/BS in business, marketing, advertising or media

discipline required

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
