10 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Management or team leadership experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to lead large teams. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. This position shall lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), specifying what efforts will be accomplished and what effort will be required, ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.

o Oracle Directory Server, Enterprise Edition (ODSEE)

o Oracle Virtual directory (OVD)
o Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
o Oracle Enterprise User Security (EUS)
o Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
o Oracle Key Vault (OKV)
o Oracle Data Masking (ODM)
o Oracle Audit Vault and Database Firewall (AV and DBF)
o Oracle Database Vault (DBV)
o Oracle Label Security (OLS)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and lead the gathering of business, functional and technical requirements for establishing Use Cases for the deployment of Oracle s Identity platform.
Work with customers to document the common technical and functional requirements for specific solutions.
Support Consulting Sales by providing technical leadership, authoring the scope within the Statement of Work (SOW) and determining deliverables, staff plan and level of effort to successfully deploy the proposed solution.
Work closely with consulting services marketing team to develop, market and sell security services offerings.
Participate as a member of the consulting services delivery team to translate requirements to designs and provide technical leadership and oversight.
Assist in periodic customer technical assessments and project reviews.
Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
10 years of overall IT / software development experience, solution design and technical IAM based architecture experience
5 years of consulting experience
Demonstrated ability to work and interact with CxOs and customer senior management.
Experience in leading discovery workshop to capture and document customer requirements and business processes.
Experience in developing functional and system design specifications for customer engagements.
Experience implementing integrations with cloud services like Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Google for user federation, identity synchronization, and user management and provisioning.
Experience implementing highly scalable and highly available IAM and DB Sec solutions.
Experience with designing and implementing OIG connector integrations with common target systems like AD, Exchange, Directories, Databases, Web Services and Flat Files.
Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SPML, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST
Proficiency with various open source software and development tools
Solid understanding of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
Ability to confidently translate and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to effectively manages customer expectations.
Familiarity with IAM solution providers is strongly desired.
Knowledge of cloud/virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere, EC2, Xen, KVM, OpenStack is strongly desired.
Education and Certification
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other technical specialization
CISSP, CCSK and/or CCSP certification
Cloud certification (especially Oracle Cloud certification) is highly preferred.
