Join CACI as a Business Systems Analyst supporting applications that provide enterprise visibility to Acquisition program information from across the Department of Defense.

Under close supervision, you will work closely with clients to support the operations, perform account and hierarchy management, and gather application requirements, while providing on-site client support to build close client relationships. You will also perform system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly and meets the customer and stakeholder needs.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. You will be an integral member of our project team and have direct access to the customer and stakeholders on client site. You will work collaboratively with the project team in an Agile environment to ensure we are implementing optimal solutions for our customers. Perform Service Desk operations and Account Management activities
Research and resolve customer system access and/or operation related issues. Perform Customer Support duties to include responding to functional and technical queries and monitor through resolution.
Develop and review documentation, as required.
Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and produce documentation for the solution of problems within the suite of applications.
Work with the team to ensure requirements are fully understood, collaborate on application designs, and provide assistance with overcoming obstacles faced during development.
Support agile sprint and release activities.
Support customer and stakeholder meetings.
Conduct testing to validate requirements.
Provide basic training to end users, as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 0-2 years of related experience (or 4 years’ experience without degree).
Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience with the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience interfacing with clients.
Ability to work with individuals of varying levels of technical knowledge.
Interest in and/or comfort with presenting to an audience.
