We're looking for talented people with experience in user design, agile, full-stack development, DevSevOps and AI who are creative, innovative, collaborative and passionate about working with other high performers. This is your opportunity to join a agile team working on cutting edge, cloud and open source-based technology and innovative AI and machine learning applications to support our client's IT system delivery leveraging tools in a Big Data Platform.

Individuals in this role are expected to work as the business analyst to facilitate national security programs. You will be responsible to implement and promote data driven decision support systems, and create high-impact analytics solutions for our clients. In this role you work on a small team in a dynamic and fast paced environment to solve complex mission problems. You will be expected to address business challenges through facilitating delivery and make data driven decisions to delight our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating on and developing documentation on business architecture analysis and UX/UI Design

• Understand basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables

• Obtain domain knowledge and stakeholder/users requirements and ensure technical teams and support teams understand the necessary background info

• Work to understand customer needs and develop strategies to provide effective technical documentation

• Outstanding attention to detail and proven ability to communicate effectively with business and technical team members at all levels

• Proactively create technical reports for communication with project management, customers and other cross-functional teams

Basic Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • 5+ years developing documentation in IT with technology architecture and UX/UI design

  • 3+ years of experience providing UX design expertise for enterprise applications on AWS

  • Experience working in fast-paced collaborative environments

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience with Agile software development principles

  • 1+ year of experience on a software or technology implementation project

  • Willingness to learn, and ability to look ahead/plan around future milestones

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
