Position Summary:

We’re looking for a customer service oriented individual to join our Accounts Receivable team in Aliso Viejo. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for the operational aspect of billing and collecting for our Enterprise and Strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily invoice processing

  • Review billing file for accuracy prior to import into ERP for invoice generation

  • Resolve billing issues and/or collections of assigned accounts

  • Reconcile customer accounts

  • Interact with sales, operations and support when inaccuracies are noted on accounts

  • Provide customer support to customers to answer any billing questions

  • Contract review and account setup

  • Ad hoc reports/requests

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a high-volume, complex and fast-paced billing and collections environment

  • 2+ years' experience reviewing contracts for billing-related items

  • Intermediate Word, Excel (vLookups and pivot tables are a must); ERP and CRM (Salesforce preferred) software

Even better if you have:

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B accounting environment

  • Ability to maintain strong attention to detail, multitask and balance competing priorities, and ability to meet tight month-end close deadlines

  • Customer service oriented

  • Experience working at a SaaS company

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
