Position Summary:

The Accounting Revenue Analyst takes a wide range of responsibilities to maintain invoicing operations within the Accounting Team. The position is responsible for maintaining revenue support.


  • Required Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting


  • 3+ Years Revenue Experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Requires critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to set goals and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Knowledge of Filemaker is a plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develops reports and metrics to track revenue streams

  • Preparation of invoices and billing packages for delivery to our customers

  • Billing of customers for services purchased

  • Reviews invoices prior to submission to our customers

  • Develop key operating metrics

  • Establish, monitor and maintain controls

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders

  • Reviews contracts and configures invoicing according to agreed terms

  • Project management experience

  • Ad Hoc accounting projects

  • Support finance and accounting functions

  • Lead and supervise team
