Position Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for supporting accounting operations for the North America Clinical Trials Division. The ideal candidate is high-energy and a strong business partner.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Required

  • CPA Required


  • 5 – 10 Years Accounting Experience

  • Strong Analytical capabilities

  • Requires critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Process Improvement / Project Management

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, PowerPoint, Access experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare the monthly financial reports

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions

  • Analyzes and reviews financial data

  • Reconcile and analyze all Balance Sheet Accounts

  • Responsible for accounts payable, payroll and cash applications

  • Proactively lead projects related to process improvement and system upgrades

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives to ensure long term operational excellence

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics to drive performance

  • Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills, are required

  • Proven history of participating on successful cross functional teams as well as the ability to build organizational relationships with peers and operating partners
