CBRE Business Services Coordinator in Allentown, Pennsylvania
The purpose of this position is to perform clerical duties of moderate complexity and difficulty in accordance with the office procedures of individual departments. May include a combination of answering telephones, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Retrieve, sort and deliver mail/packages to employees.
Meter mail and make UPS labels for employees.
Pack boxes for shipping.
Ship and pack laptops and computer equipment to send to RLS Depot.
Keep inventory of UPS and mailing supplies.
Keep pantry stocked with paper towels/soap and sponges.
Maintain 2 coffee machines on 4th floor – fill and clean out trays.
Call for repairs as needed for coffee machines, water coolers, vending machines & multi-function devices.
Keep inventory of office and desk supplies.
Unpack office supplies and store in supply closet; fill supply requests from employees.
Keep inventory of copy paper and deliver to all 4 floors of multi-function devices 2x weekly.
Submit service tickets to Landlord for repairs and facility issues.
Set up conference rooms as requested; keep projector bulbs in stock.
Keep conference rooms in order.
Complete work orders and close out in Service InSight.
Make small repairs such as fixing desk draws and handles; change out light bulbs in desk lamps.
Maintain WISP system for about 800 associates.
Help to organize cube reconstruction planning. Also with office expansions, office projects, cube installs and other facilities projects.
Set up new hire desks with nameplates, desk supplies, phone, keyboard, mouse and desk keys.
Keep inventory of desk keys.
Direct shredding company when needed for deliveries and giving access to totes and consoles.
Check 1st and 4th floor LAN rooms for any issues if Maintenance Assistant is not available.
Process MAC requests (Moves, Adds & Changes).
Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
