What you’ll be doing...
Technology creates efficiencies for our customers and you will help us maximize on our technology by owning the digital personalization and education strategy for our B2B customers within our self-service platform. You will be the lead for driving utilization through a personalized education and support program and driving conversions including; sales, upgrades and service management. Continually looking for new and creative ways to personalize the message within our B2B digital channel and ensuring that everything is executed flawlessly so that customers have the same high quality experience every time.
Activities you will lead include:
Driving utilization through education and support, resulting in actionable programs.
Managing the customer-training program, optimizing the delivery with forward-thinking tools and strategies.
Serving as key business subject matter expert and point of contact for digital personalization, customer education, and internal training.
Monitoring the competitive market place and quantifying new opportunities.
Collaborating with other internal organizations.
Defining, documenting and driving key business metrics and reporting.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in marketing or related experience specifically focused on developing education-centric programs.
Experience writing, editing and optimizing online support content.
Experience with online sales, marketing, operations or customer service experience.
Even better if you have:
Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Knowledge of Oracle ATG/Endeca, Adobe Marketing Cloud Products.
Knowledge of OpinionLab or other VOC experience.
Web experience including digital channel expansion.
People leadership experience.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of wireless devices and services.
Experience analyzing data, preparing reports and recommendations.
Critical thinking skills to ensure project success and to plan for near-term and long-term growth.
Experience influencing and leading partners and internal organizations to meet goals.
