What you’ll be doing...
Verizon is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, highly motivated Project Manager- In-Building Support to enable the Verizon Business Group (VBG) Public Sector Sales Team move In-Building requests through the end to end process, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
In this position the Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing requests from sales to provide the right solution that will supplement coverage in a building that does not meet minimum coverage requirements. As a Project Manager, you will have responsibility for reviewing requests from the sales organization supporting Public Sector, and determining the recommended solution based on the situation. You will partner with our Network, Finance, and Legal groups to project manage each request through the process and come up with the recommended solution together.
Manage a portfolio of requests for In-Building solutions and managing project life cycles end-to-end, including opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, business case, customer experience, operational excellence, and sales enablement support.
Prioritize initiatives and allocate investment of capital and expenses to maximize impact.
Ensure winning customer value propositions and exceptional customer experiences end-to-end.
Provide feedback on the FUZE portal capabilities to continually enhance the process and streamline the number of steps.
Build strong relationships with various internal stakeholders including Finance, Network, Operations, Legal and Sales.
This position can be located in any valid Verizon location.

The ideal candidate will be a creative technology professional who has the ability to navigate strategically throughout the organization with a focus on project success, and helping drive the sales funnel on behalf of the Public Sector sales teams.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Project Management experience.
Even better if you have:
A degree in Science.
Proven experience with enablement motions with an experience in project management.
Knowledge of the Network infrastructure and basic tools to measure coverage.
Ability to meet deadlines, communicate delays, clarify ambiguities.
Experience launching business products/capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to drive, lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Strategic perspective and customer focus.
Experience managing across multiple technology partners.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Financial acumen, with a balanced blend of business and technical savvy.
Communication and presentations skills with demonstrated experience communicating to leadership stakeholders.
Foundational Government knowledge with Federal, and State and Local contract requirements.
Willingness to travel.
