  • Position Summary:* Responsible for performing administrative and operational support for our leadership team and staff, maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship for day-to-day activities of managers, supervisors and staff. Primary responsibilities also include written communication, presentations and newsletters. Work fairly independently, strong work ethic and obvious enthusiasm for the position. Takes responsibility for completing tasks, programs, activities and events

  • Key Accountabilities:*

  • Provides confidential and administrative support to Director, Manager and staff. Anticipates and arranges, participates in, and implements conferences and meetings.

  • Prepares internal communications including emails, memos, newsletters and presentations using the latest communication tools and technology.

  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties including ordering office supplies, and assisting executive assistant to meet daily demands of a call center operation.

  • Coordinates routine activities including annual corporate campaigns, incentive celebrations, community service events and company volunteer activities.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills (e.g., tact/diplomacy, cooperation, teamwork.)

  • Works with employees at all levels to develop engaging and dynamic content and events.

  • Performs related duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge/Skills:*

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher.

  • Outstanding written communication skill.

  • Ability to work independently; strong administrative and computer skills; strong interpersonal skills (e.g. tact/diplomacy, cooperation, negotiation); high level of initiative, judgment and discretion; discretion with confidential information.

  • Event planning and coordination.

  • Proper use of grammar, spelling and punctuation.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with company stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a diverse employee population.

  • Broad knowledge of company operations and policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of advanced office administration procedures and executive protocol.

  • Written communication expertise with knowledge of latest tools and technology.

  • Some knowledge of graphic design skills to complement strong writing abilities for effective visual/multimedia communication.

  • General knowledge of Call Center Operations.

  • Education:*

  • Any combination equivalent to: associates degree preferred in office administration or communications.

  • Graduation from high school or GED, and five (5) plus year’s administrative experience, and performance of duties at a responsible level. Must be willing to submit writing samples.
