Provide a wide variety of administrative support for manager. Composes routine correspondence, compiles data for routine reports, time management, coordinates meeting agendas, assists in developing presentation materials, file maintenance.

Fundamental Components:

Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software.

Collects, compiles, and analyzes data and prepares various management reports.

May participate in or lead special projects.

Manager delegate access and involvement in various Manager delegate access and involvement in various HR activities including; job posting, recruiting, interview process, new hire onboarding, office setup, annual comp process, organization hierarchy, time and attendance, etc.

Duties may be in support of legal/risk related discipline (e.g. work with outside counsel and other internal/external customers).

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense report submission.


3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant. Legal background is a plus. Associate degree preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and matters. Strong calendar/time management and follow-up skills; strong research and problem-solving skills. Exercise confidentiality in all situations.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
