You will provide client service and support in relation to the Compensation & Benefits products, services & tools; with an orientation for client satisfaction and identifying commercial opportunities You will be responsible for the account management of existing and new clients based in the Netherlands You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of our market data for consulting projects You coordinate daily compensation benchmark and Global Mobility data requests and work in close collaboration with our Competence Centre of Excellence based in Warsaw, Poland You will evaluate on a daily basis jobs in accordance with Mercer’s IPE methodology and help build tailored grading/salary structures for our clients You are a true team player who does not hesitate to support your team members with any other client requests Qualifications 1-3 years of experience, preferably within a consulting or compensation & benefits environment University graduate (Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology etc.)

Attention to detail and analytical skills
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
As a Compensation & Benefits Consultant you will work in the Career Business of Mercer within a young and growing team in Amstelveen. We are working with a large variety of international clients based in the Netherlands advising around many different Rewards related areas.
