As the Leader of our Presales team for Europe North, you will define and implement the Standards of Excellence that propel our ERP / SCM / EPM Cloud business to be No. 1 in Europe.

Lead and inspire a team of 10 experienced Solution Consultants (Presales) who help our customers understand the value of our products.
Build and develop a Presales team at our new Oracle Cloud Sales Hub in Amsterdam.
Work with a wide variety of stakeholders across EMEA who can help achieve our goals.
Share your experience with the Sales team and help the business achieve revenue goals through your team’s active contribution to the sales cycle.
Develop a team of talented individuals who collaborate and support each other, and their sales colleagues, to secure Oracle product selection with our customers.
Continuously develop your own and your team’s skills and competencies.
Minimum 2 years direct people management experience.
The Head of ERP/EPM Presales plays an active part in the sales process, so previous relevant experience working in a Sales environment would be advantageous.
Your business knowledge in ERP/SCM/EPM is also important to promote value to customers directly and guide the team to position our products to new customers.
Your organization recognises you as a top performer.
Strong academic background from one of: Business, Finance, Accounting, Production, MBA, etc.
Fluency in English is essential while fluency in another European language would be beneficial.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage internet pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate business needs. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
