CACI’s Maryland Recruiting team is leading the way with innovative recruiting strategies that drive hiring efforts for large recruiting surges across various skill types and levels, with a heavy emphasis on OCONUS Intelligence programs. As a trusted Talent Acquisition specialist to your business group, you will use your strong collaboration and communication skills to influence hiring decisions the recruiting process and activities, that align with the organization’s staffing needs.
What You'll Get to Do:
Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation and closing of candidates
Ability to keep candidate engaged throughout the recruiting process
Coordinate with deployed operations team, to ensure a smooth transition for incoming candidates
Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques such as Internet job boards; search engines; social media sites; cold calling targeted candidates and companies; fostering talent communities through professional associations, user groups, and list servs; employee/candidate referrals and alumni; along with internal mobility
Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies and tools to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent
Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, and promote effective and efficient hiring practices using consultative skills to influence all levels of internal stakeholders
Track and record recruiting activities in accordance with CACI business processes and DoL/OFFCP regulations; prepare reports to business leaders as required/requested
Represent CACI and its values in all interactions with potential internal and external candidates
Weekly practice of sourcing talent will include, CAC’s mobility board
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
6+ years of related recruiting experience or bachelor’s degree
Working knowledge of deployed programs
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to cultivate an online presence for purposes of attracting talent.
Ability to travel when needed to career fairs etc.,
Proficiency using effective sourcing and research methodologies
Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment
Excellent organizational and analytic skills, along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Experience with processing candidates using Workday Recruiting, Taleo or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Understanding of the DoD clearance process within the Intelligence community, strongly desired
