Oracle Outbound Product Manager- Digital Customer Service in Arcadia, California
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
Colorado Pay Range: From $88,737 to $159,727 per annum Eligible for bonus and equity

Outbound Product Manager – CX Service Pillar
We are expanding our CX Outbound Product Management team, seeking a Outbound Product Manager to support the multi-product Oracle’s B2B Service and Digital Customer Service Offerings. We wear many hats, work with and influence many groups, are prolific content creators, have a burning love for data, and are taking calculated risks every day. We are looking for a determined, collaborative and creative, eager to learn and evolve, produce, and move fast team member to help develop and promote the strategy for our next generation of CX Service products.
The ideal person for this role is a strong individual contributor with 1-3 years enterprise cloud application experience (program management, product marketing or product management experience preferred).
Here is what you can expect on a daily basis:
Assist in the development our Oracle’s CX Service product strategy for our Digital Customer Service Products and B2B Service offering
Enablement work around the latest Digital Customer Service and B2B versions;
Becoming an evangelist for Oracle Service; driving adoption of the solution with our install base and prospects; duties include developing internal and external collateral, presenting the roadmap to internal and external audiences;
Become an expert on advanced digital customer service technologies such as chat, co-browse, virtual assistants, chatbots, more
Assist in the production of high-value assets such as customer videos, internal communications, and major customer events
Driving the strategy around digital customer service, specifically the adoption of features, and positioning amongst other Oracle applications and products;
Innovation through combination: bring fresh eyes on both old and new opportunities & an re-imagining of how those problems can be solved.
Requirements for this position include:
Highly organized and self-motivated
1-3 years progressively increasing product marketing/program management (outbound facing) responsibility in a cloud enterprise software environment, ideally CX/CRM
Exceptional presentation and writing skills
Industry knowledge (telco, retail, high tech mfg., financial services, distribution)
Strong CX/CRM/SaaS cloud application product & domain knowledge and understanding of market-based strategies and competitive landscape
Exceptional messaging skills in both written/oral/presentation communication skills with demonstrated skills in developing and delivering compelling content in keynotes, videos, demos or other high visibility channels
Ability to articulate product / solution value in terms of customer value and impact on their business, employees, customers and partners
Education & Experience: MBA/Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Journalism/English degree or hands on experience in in these disciplines.
