Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.
Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit and incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Bachelor*s Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design. Four years adult education experience (as teacher or curriculum developer). Ten years technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience. Knowledge of XML, Java, and J2EE technologies. Experience with Oracle9i Database administration. Knowledge of Oracle9i Application server.

This role is to join the SaaS Content team to design and create innovative learning content for Sales Cloud to drive customer success through training. Content can be created by job role (end user, administrator, power user, implementer, business & functional leads), by use case and by other categories including best practices, tips & tricks etc. The goal is to complement existing content with practical real world content that will need to be updated/maintained as the product evolves.
Experience/Expertise in Implementing Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud Offerings Sale Force Automation, Customer Data Management, Sales Performance Management, Partner Relationship Management, Incentive Compensation, Engagement, , etc.
Excellent Writing skills
Ability to work with multiple internal teams SMEs, Product Managers, Consulting etc. to create professional training content
Drive the learning plan for Sales Cloud, including research on new Features and latest product releases
Develop learning materials, including presentations, assessments, certification questions, videos, activity guides and self-paced material
Design learning paths for customers to easily consume content
Ability to collaborate with other groups including Consulting, Product Development, Alliances, Support, Customer Success and Partners and leverage their expertise to understand implementation methodologies, and real world learning needs
10 years experience working in IT with an emphasis on Oracle Sales Cloud services.
Real world implementation experience with Oracle Sales Cloud products
Good communication and influencing skills
Superior oral and written communication skills
Experience working with technical subject matter experts to create content for technical and non-technical audiences.
Extremely comfortable working in a global setting.
Strong self-starter, resourceful and not afraid of problem solving
Fluency with written and spoken English is required.
