CACI International Acquisition Analyst in Arlington, Virginia
CACI is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to provide acquisition and contracts support to PEO IWS 3.0 in Crystal City, VA
What You’ll Get to Do:
Support PEO IWS 3L Vertical Launch System (VLS) Program Management Office (PMO), in the development, validation, execution and tracking of Purchase Requests (PR), contract modifications and Technical Instructions (TI). Contract tracking includes but is not limited too; maintaining the PR/TI Tracker, Checkbook, Funding Status and critical items list.
Understand funding appropriation types, uses and duration/lifespan of each type, with the skill set to collect and analyze this data for reporting of expired or at risk funds.
Facilitate the timely completion of PR’s and TI’s by working across USN and FMS project SME’s, OEM’s, BFM staff, SEA02 and PMO management.
Collect, assemble and disseminate upon completion, all TI’s and revisions, PR’s placed into SPS and executed contract modifications. Dissemination includes; hard copy binders for TI’s by FY and series and contract binders for base award and options.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Secret Clearance is required.
Must possess a working knowledge of the Standard Procurement System (SPS/PD2).
Must have NAVSEA / PEO headquarters experience, demonstrated work history with increasing levels of responsibility and a proven ability to collect, analyze and provide recommendations on financial and budget issues associated with OEM tasking and funding.
Must have detailed experience and competency in the use of MS OFFICE product suite application and tools.
Must be able to discuss logically and concisely, with IWS 3L senior managers, all issues and concerns brought to their attention by PMO staff, SEA 02 and OEM’s
