Position Title:

Business & Integration Architecture Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Business & Integration Architecture Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients’ program/project specifications and objectives. Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet the business requirements. Write functional specifications, using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features. Develop solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to the business, IT client, and development team. Provide functional support to the development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to leverage and adapt existing methods and procedures, and create solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Applications, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in Analytics.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following:

• Analyzing and defining business requirements in the areas of Finance & Controlling, including Accounting, and Controlling Profitability Analysis;

• Developing business solutions using Finance & Controlling modules for end-to-end financial processes;

• Creating Functional Designs for standard and custom development and integration with other modules;

• Identifying critical business scenarios for testing, including System Integrity Testing and User Acceptance Testing;

• Creating the new jobs aids and providing the training to business users and Support Team Members; and

• Hyperion EPBCS processes, Data Mapping, Data Quality, and Data Integration.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
