CACI International Change Management Specialist in Arlington, Virginia
As the Change Management Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert on all change management aspects of a high visibility, large scale, multi-year, and multi-million dollar Oracle PeopleSoft implementation. You will be part of a team focused on diagnosing current state, stakeholder alignment, future state design and development, transformation planning, and change management/execution activities across key teams and functions. You will engage with leadership (both Government and contractor) and cross-functional teams for all change management efforts. Key tasks include:
Design (or refine) and implement change management processes that align the organization with strategic objectives
Propose new and alternate change management procedures which align with the organization’s strategic goals; evaluate their effectiveness
Work with program and project teams to roll out changes to stakeholders in a structured way with regard to the transition from one technology or business process to another
Report/present on change management activities to the project and program leadership
Facilitate and present change request status at internal and external change management approval boards such as the Change Control Board (CCB)
Ensure strict adherence to established change management processes and procedures for audit compliance
Collaborate with change requestors to ensure proper documentation is provided within each change
Facilitate meetings to address change inefficiencies or identified risks, with strong negotiation skills and ability to build consensus to avoid potential business impact
Identify and drive change requests through the change approval process, including completion of change management impact assessments
Ensure adequate information is supplied for an accurate impact assessment of a change request
Support the development of change management skills and application of change management best practices throughout the organization
Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability in planning and affecting successful change though communication, creation of common understanding and knowledge of change, identification and plan for change and reinforcement to enable sustained change.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 5+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to thrive in a large, fast-paced, dynamic environment
A sincere interest in change management tools, models, and frameworks coupled with the understanding that the client and potential solutions take priority.
Strong project management and analytic skills.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to tailor your approach to the audience.
A propensity toward always finding new ways to improve and innovate.
Advanced knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, best practices, tools and techniques applied in an IT environment.
Experience supporting Change Management in a PeopleSoft development environment.
Experience supporting Change Management within human resources and/or payroll systems.
