CACI is the prime contractor for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families.

More About the Role:The Change Management Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of all communications, organizational risk assessment, training, outreach, sponsorship liaison, job transformation, and organizational readiness activities necessary to promote acceptance of the target MPT&E capability. The resource will develop and implement an OCM approach that is focused on organizational alignment and benefits realization. This approach will be used to assess and monitor risk, mobilize and align leaders, engage and communicate with stakeholders and prepare and equip the workforce. The Change Management Specialist will create the OCM Plan, Communications Plan, Organizational Risk Assessment, Barrier and Risk Assessment and Leadership Action Plans. They will support the Portfolio Coordinator, Training Lead, Continuous Improvement Specialist and Innovation Lead in the execution of their responsibilities.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience with 5 years’ experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for Federal/DOD customers

  • Previous experience supporting communications, organizational risk assessment, training, outreach, sponsorship liaison, job transformation, and organizational readiness activities

  • Understanding of Commercial and Government Best Practices for OCM

  • Ability to work with customer leadership to plan and deliver an OCM approach focused on organizational alignment and benefits realization

  • Demonstrated success leading virtual teams in a complex, fast-paced, and challenging environment

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Advanced knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, best practices, tools and techniques applied in an IT environment

  • Experience supporting Change Management for COTS/SaaS solution delivery

  • Experience supporting Change Management for Human Capital Management business processes

  • Knowledge and understanding of the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) Framework for Human Capital Management

  • Experience using ADDIE (PADDIE, PADDIE +M) and other methods to support the structured development of training materials and learning content
