As a Business Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
Document end-to-end "as-is" business processes, to include identification of GL events, mapping of relevant audit deficiencies/ NFRs, and identification of stakeholder groups
Document end to end "as-is" system and data flows
Define "to-be" process and system flows for alignment with SABRS & CFMS functionality, to standardize across BSOs, incorporate efficiencies (process, system interfaces), and address NFRs and material weaknesses
Develop plans to implement process changes (e.g. additional training, updates to local SOPs)
Develop input for quarterly updates to BPS flows and PCMs
Minimum skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business, PublicPolicy, English, Communications, Political Science (or related fields)
2 years of full-time (excluding internships) experience within the past 5 years providing financial systems or business systems services to the Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies
US Citizenship required
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
