Work you ll do
As a Help Desk Support in our practice you will:
Provide level 1, 2, or 3 technical support for users
Troubleshoot, resolve and document user help requests for applications, networks, and peripheral problems
Provide phone, email, and ticketing system support
Utilize troubleshooting and root cause identification techniques to support cloud products
Respond and manage incoming users requests and tickets
Update and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Provide professional support to customers with the expectation of a single call resolution
Responsible for user administration, password resets and unlocks
Assist senior team members with performance monitoring and tuning
Triage tickets for effective incident and problem management resolution

2 Years of helpdesk experience
2 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
Some experience / knowledge of the following: Java, Python, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, RedHat, Windows, Linux, Cloud Foundry, Openshift, Unix/Linux/Windows administration, SQL
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
