Work you ll do

As a Senior Consultant within our HRTteam you will:

  • Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others

  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract

  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

  • Provides coaching to junior staff

  • Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development

  • Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences

  • Oversee process redesign efforts for the clients offboarding procedures, including current state assessments, process mapping, gathering requirements, and designing and implementing solutions

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our HumanCapital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clientsare facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HRstrategies and support organizations in achieving excellence throughimplementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities,deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater toimproving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. Theclient issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategyto determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HRoperations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology (I/O Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard Sciences with a focus on research and analysis, or other relevant field

  • 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

  • Business process design/re-design, improvement, requirements gathering, and mapping

  • Experienced with stakeholder engagement, business chemistry and communication.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

  • Federal human resources & HR transformation experience
