Summary:

Time Solutions, LLC is seeking anIT Portfolio Management Strategist, this individual will work with

senior leaders to execute an integrated cross-functional portfolio management

plan across all IT related disciplines and groups, including project intake,

discovery, execution, operations, and more.

TheIT Portfolio Management

Strategistwill develop strategy and provide leadership for implementation

of portfolio management best practices within the IT organization through a

cross functional team and facilitate information exchange between team members,

identify and resolve project related issues, manage to timelines and

communicate progress/issues arising on the project.

Essential Duties

  • Manages a cross-functional project team to ensure

    development and execution of investments within discovery, project and

    asset portfolios, as well as alignment of investments and their associated

    projects with stated IT strategy and objectives.

  • Facilitates definition, development, testing and

    implementation of the associated governance, processes, and data

    requirements across each portfolio.

  • Facilitates definition, development, testing and

    implementation of the associated KPIs, and other metrics to effectively

    convey the health of each portfolio, its investments and projects.

  • Develops tools and mechanisms for monitoring

    portfolio management project progress, intervention and problem solving

    within project team.

  • Drives implementation and management of day-to-day

    project management procedures: specific communication tools that enhance

    information exchange; department metrics reporting; program management

    files/databases.

  • Manages the development and execution of the

    portfolio management project, timelines and budget assigned.

  • Facilitates communication across company and engages

    stakeholders with a solution oriented focus.

  • Liaises with functional areas responsible for

    following best practice portfolio management processes, abiding by the

    governance and providing data, and resolving program challenges.

  • Creates, manages and tracks Program timeline and

    other appropriate metrics.

  • Creates, edits and presents Program updates as

    needed.

  • Reviews and reconciles team budget.

  • Prepares status reports and presentations required

    for regular reporting to senior management and others within the

    organization.

Qualifications:(To

able to obtain Secret level clearance.

  • Must be a US

citizen.

  • Bachelor's Degree

in a Business Information Systems or related discipline, or the equivalent

combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work

experience.

  • 7 years or more of experience conducting business process

analysis, governance, design, and implementation of portfolio management

practices, preferably in a Federal Government IT environment.

  • PMP Certification

required

implementation experience in a Federal government setting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project software
