The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.
The Lead Enterprise Analysis Support position coordinates, develops, and maintains the our clients enterprise-wide budget and manpower programs governance and programmatic documents, action plan recommendations, task and inquiry responses, and issue resolution action plans. You'll provide strategic analysis of the clients financial execution for leadership consumption to include a variety of metrics that indicate program status by organization and support to the clients representation on the Operating Budget Review Committee. A detailed “deep dive” analysis is required for decisions at the most senior levels. You'll track, analyze, and report CE financial enterprise-wide execution data to our client along with stakeholders in support of execution milestones and deviations from the Government risk management strategy. You'll also develop proposals to reprogram the clients manpower throughout the enterprise under the clients program management oversight.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Financial and budget oversight and analysis experience.
Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships.
DoD Secret clearance required.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Strong aptitude to deconstruct, tackle, and communicate complex problems.
Able to self-teach new technical and non-technical concepts.
