Organizational Change and Data Analysis Lead

Work you ll do

  • As the strategic communications, organization change and policy lead - you will serve as a subject matter aspect for all things related to organizational change and strategic communications

  • In this role you will provide expertise and perspective to the client, take ownership of activities and provide daily direction, guidance and oversight to the team and our key client counterparts and stakeholders

  • Work closely with the client and project manager and the delivery team on approach, action items, risks, issues, and bring senior expertise to help Deloitte and Client Leadership develop the vision, plans, strategy, training and deliverable documentation enabling the client to establish and mature the services they deliver to their organization

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.

  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

  • Assist in proposal development, as requested

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients


  • Strong communications and presentation skills

  • Strong data analytics skills (or foundational skills with an eagerness to learn quickly)

  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, d3.js, or equivalent

  • Proficiency with data extraction, transformation, and loading to support advanced analytics

  • Thrives in fast-paced work environment with multiple stakeholders

  • High-performing team player

  • Strong strategic communication skills to include presenting quantitative concepts in easy to understand formats

  • Strong desire to learn

  • Candidate should have a previous experience with organizational change processes, setting up/recommending new organization structure, helping drive strategic executive communications, review and draft policy, market the office etc.

  • Should have a good knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, data governance, data quality, metadata, and master/reference data.

  • Candidate should also posses strong client relationship building skills, have a successful track record helping to grow and deliver add-on business opportunities.

  • Candidate with prior D,S & J industry experience OR DHS business experience are also desired, but not required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology (I/O Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard Sciences with a focus on research and analysis, or other relevant field

  • 7-10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

  • Must have public trust and maintain required clearance for this role
