What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is hiring a Program Control and Analyst to support our DHS customer. You have the ability to effectively utilize corporate systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Cobra, IBM Cognos, Hyperion, SmartView for MS Excel, etc. to obtain relevant financial data for analysis in support of program financial performance management.
You’ll be the primary Program Control support responsible for generating the contractually required detailed monthly invoice spreadsheet template of the cost breakdown, resources and rates. You are also responsible for maintaining and managing the monthly forecast as well as annual Plan in the Hyperion system. You’ll support the overall financial management and oversight of the program and will be cross-trained with the other PCA whom is responsible for the Deltek Cobra system, to eliminate single point of failure risk in maintaining the business rhythms of both the program, customer and CACI finance organization.
More about the role:
Work collaboratively as a member of the PCA team supporting the program and takes direction from the PCA Manager.
Work collaboratively with and provide financial support to the program manager, CAMs and other functional support personnel (contracts, subcontracts, HR, etc.)
Reviews contract awards and modifications to assure that accounting, billing, finance and funding are aligned properly in the relevant systems
Supports the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly quarterly and annual updates
Primary point of contact for maintaining forecasts and annual plans in Hyperion system.
Identify, quantify and communicate any potential Risks and Opportunities not in the forecast
Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations
Participating in and supports meetings and generates program reviews (PMRs)
Perform financial analysis in support of ongoing program management
Support internal financial reporting deliverables as directed by the PCA Manager, such as monthly variance analysis and forecasting
Supports all customer and vendor requests for data in support of contract requirements and provides statistical reports with regards to client funding utilization.
Supports decision making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding implementation of financial plans and operating forecasts
Develop accurate and timely monthly performance reports for the programs and projects.
Ensure propriety of employee and subcontractor labor charging.
Ensure that clients are billed on time and all charges are accurate and supported with contractually required detail and documentation.
Responsible for all monthly Accounts Payables and ensure timely and accurate posting of all month end accruals.
You’ll bring these qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Hyperion, SmartView, COGNOS
Experience performing program control & financial analysis support for cost plus award fee contracts
Experience performing variance analysis, baseline reviews, break-even, and other ad hoc analysis
Intermediate level knowledge of excel, cost collection, invoicing, and revenue recognition on CPAF contracts
Experienced in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
These qualifications would be nice to have:
• Relevant DHS or .Gov Cyber Security program experience a plus
Familiar with GSA Alliant contract vehicle a plus
Familiarity with with GSA FEDSIM and TOS system a plus
Intermediate MS Excel skills, including using techniques such as pivot tables, filters, sumifs and Vlookups to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoice
Bachelor’s Degree in a business field
3-5+ years program control & financial management experience in a government contracting environment
