Provide operational support services in the Business Transformation Office (BTO) (ARNG, CSO-T) Temple ARNG Readiness Center (TARC). TheWorkflow Management Specialistwill perform administrative work to optimize efficiency and the effectiveness of the program management of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Provide task management support for military and civilian personnel assigned utilizing the Task Management Tool (TMT).

  • Review and monitor current BTO administrative practices to include organizational culture, operating structure, and needs, documentation, and available data and systems.

  • Monitor and coordinate process workflows and resolution of issues across multiple functional areas.

  • Review and edit draft correspondence in accordance with AR 25-50 ensuring the dissemination of correspondence to proper recipients.

  • Track the status and dissemination of the prepared correspondence to assigned recipients.

  • Coordinate with customer procedures for protection, retention, and record maintenance.

  • Proactively manage an extremely active and dynamic calendar of appointments ensuring

executive’s schedules were respected and adhered to; completed expense reports, managed confidential correspondence, arranged complex and detailed travel

logistics in DTS (including itineraries, confirmation of arrangements, agendas, and

compiling documents) for travel-related meetings.

  • Coordinate event planning to include: (1) researching hotel accommodations, (2) coordinating transportation, (3) operating computer equipment, (3) monitoring computerized registration procedures, and (4) confirming audio-visual requirements for training meetings.

  • Compile an established list and track government property issued to and used within BTO.

  • Utilize the web-based application to draft surveys in order to gather customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.#M M#

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio).

  • Knowledge of document repository management (SharePoint).

  • Knowledge of Defense (DTS).

  • Skill in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data using MS Excel or similar tool.

  • Skill in performing quality checks on documentation.

  • Skill in producing briefings, reports, policy documents, and training manuals using

MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, publisher).

  • Ability to work well with team members.

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines to produce deliverables.
