Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Organizational Change Strategy Senior Managing Consultant, you will deliver innovative business and organizational strategy consulting, and business process and organizational design to client organizations. The Consultant provides the human focus that enable benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to build transformational leadership capabilities, address critical skills and engaging employees to realize the business transformation. The Consultant uses consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements and tools to analyze and gain insights on the key organizational issues to drive solutions that transform the client’s business and organization. The Organizational Change Consultant’s responsibilities include: organization design, organizational change, benefits realization, communication campaigns, social learning campaigns, leadership and stakeholder engagement, leadership development and culture transformation.
As a Senior Managing Consultant, you would provide team leadership, as well as build a strong client relationships in complex environments. This role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value and benefits realization. They use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze their client’s business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
This position requires travel 4-5 days per week.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
At least 4 years experience in organizational design and/or redesign and transition.
At least 4 years experience in creating and executing an organizational change strategy plan.
At least 4 years experience in developing and executing leadership and organizational alignment.
At least 3 years experience in communications campaigns and planning.
At least 4 years experience in team leadership/project management.
At least 3 years experience in executive alignment, stakeholder engagement and/or organizational governance.
Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
English: Basic knowledge
