IBM Portfolio Director (US) - Bluewolf in Armonk, New York
We’re in need of a Portfolio Director to provide ongoing, strategic guidance to key Bluewolf clients. This individual is responsible for guiding the ongoing delivery, roadmap and success of our consulting engagements and ensuring our customers are leveraging Bluewolf’s consulting capabilities in the most valuable ways.
Detailed responsibilities include:
Business Development: Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development including high-level solutioning, scoping, and engagement design
Engagement Set Up: Work with the local delivery teams to staff engagements
Thinking Exercises Facilitation: This role entails leading stakeholder whiteboard/strategy sessions around sales, marketing, and customer support
Engagement Support: support local delivery teams to ensure quality delivery on time and on budget
Client Relationship: maintain and build relationships with different prospects and client stakeholders and executives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related area
5+ years of manager-level consulting experience
Has solid Salesforce knowledge, skills, and experience
Has actively participated in prior Sales and Business Development efforts with demonstrable success building, maintaining and nurturing strategic relationships
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Certification(s) Preferred: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant
