You’ll drive improvements in our marketing operations approaches, tools and technology so we can continue to advance the success of marketing efforts. People will look to you to provide the right tools and insights at their fingertips so that they can make even better business decisions.
Understanding the business intelligence, operational, and tech needs of the marketing team.
Ensuring our marketing operations technologies and platforms are well integrated.
Improving systems, workflows and processes to make operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Developing and managing the tools (e.g., dashboards) that provide business intelligence to business partners.

Managing multiple high-visibility projects, you handle it all with ease.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Marketing operations experience.
Even better if you have:
B2B and consumer marketing experience.
Analyzed, synthesized, and reported data to support decision making for various purposes and audiences.
Wrote user stories, conducted user acceptance testing, developed detailed business requirements, and built personalized online experiences.
Applied marketing automation best practices and processes. Ideally, with tools like Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce.com, SEO strategies and implementation.
Knowledge of Drupal CMS concepts and architecture, Jira ticket management and best practices.
Experience with Agile process and Sprint planning/management.
