Member of an expert services team who is responsible for delivering a quality solution in a timely manner, on budget and to a client*s satisfaction. Responsible for delivering a set of services and key deliverables that match customer specifications. Key responsibilities include the development, testing, and launching of marketing programs.
Senior consulting member of the Expert Services team who provides expert services both as an individual and a team member. Takes direction from senior team members and management to ensure quality marketing deliverables for Oracle customers. Has advanced subject matter expertise in marketing programs and campaigns. Has the ability to develop, coordinate, test, and launch standard/advanced interactive marketing programs using the Oracle Marketing platform for on-time, on-budget, and error free project deliverables. Takes an active role in guiding junior team members and leading projects. Can actively manage and resolve customer escalation, project scope issues, and technical challenges. Reviews project requests from clients to determine how to implement using established processes and best practices, or scope production specifications for custom projects.

Our customers are asking Oracle Consulting to a build a change practice that simplifies the journey to Cloud-enabled workforce while increasing the pace of key stakeholder engagement and reducing the cost of end users adoption.
Right now, you get the chance to be at the forefront of building the Change Navigation team, the methodology, the assets and customer base. We are looking for talented, energetic, individuals with a knack for designing solutions, building customer relationships, solving problems and engaging with social media.

o Plan, develop and execute the Change Navigation deliverables such as the Change Navigation Strategy, Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Connector
o Exceed customer expectations by developing and delivering outstanding communications, presentations, analysis, creative thinking and solutions.
o Contribute to knowledge sharing, team development, team morale and coaching
Contribute to our methodology and IP to continually improve our capabilities
Create new Change Navigation innovations
A Day in the life:
Plan: Consultants will assist in developing the overall Change Navigation strategy, communication plan, training plan and transition plans for their projects. Consultants who demonstrate proficiency in developing the strategy and planning deliverables will be given the opportunity to lead this work with senior management oversight.
Analyze: Consultants will assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the change effort at key milestones leading up to the implementation date. They will present the results to client leadership and assist with making recommendations to improve understanding and buy-in of the anticipated changes.
Execute: Consultants will execute the change strategy by leading the developing of the change impact assessments, execute the communication plan by writing the content and coordinating with Oracle University on the end user enablement solutions. Consultants will be viewed as trusted advisors by our customers by delivering excellence, clearly communicating the methodology, action items and recommendations and exceeding customer expectations.
Build the practice: Consultants will help build the Change Navigation practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharing and developing talent. Consultants will occasionally lead internal practice calls, learning sessions and talent development.
To be successful in this role, you:
Possess 2-4 years of management consulting change leadership experience
Have a curious mind and demonstrate a passion for customer service, delivery excellence and developing talent
Are self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport
Have excellent presentation skills coupled with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty and solve problems
Are able to travel up to 75%
