  • Gain a deeper understanding of all key drivers of cost. Become Subject Matter Experts.

  • Focus on analysis of actual results and how to achieve better resultsin cost control and EBITDA.

  • Partner closely with the business on performance improvement initiatives. Build productive finance support relationships with Operations, IT, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, L&D, HR, Legal, and Strategy.

  • Build robust models for tracking initiatives to drive revenue growth and related costs. Take a leadership role in providing key insights into performance to facilitate improvement.

  • Partner closely with the Planning and Forecasting team to share insights into performance and influence more accurate assumptions.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting

  • Ability to manage and analyze large quantities of data to find relevant information for use by multiple levels of management

  • Proven analytical and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without any negative impact to operations

  • Strong Excel skills including extensive experience with vlookups, logic formulas, pivot tables, complex nested formulas

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree

  • Macro experience

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting

  • Adaptive Insights,, and Hyperion experience

  • Additional experiences that will prove beneficial to candidates include: international experience; public company reporting; and experience in high growth environment
