Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare device experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role is required.
Travel 50%-75%. Overnight, flight, and international travel are required.
Sales management and/or business development experience is preferred.
Knowledge of SI space and Operating Room experience is preferred.
Ability to appropriate manage difficult customer situations.
Possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative and creativity.
Must be able to work within an operating room environment.
Must possess excellent computer, inter-personal, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Must work well under pressure.
Expresses ideas and information in a clear and concise manner; tailors message to fit the interests and needs of the audience; delivers information in a manner that is interesting and compelling to the listener.
Comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization; adjusts style of conversation based on the audience; uses words and messages appropriate given the background and interests of the people he/she is talking to.
Scans the environment for opportunities to grow the business or accelerate performance.
Provides detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems and complex situations.
Takes initiative to handles problems and resolves issues to execute the Strategic Partnership Strategy without relying on extensive help from others; does more than is expected or asked.

The Global Director of Strategic Partnerships for System Integration is responsible for managing key partners for the SI business globally, in keeping with the SI partnership strategy defined by the GCC and market development leader. Partners are defined as other companies that customers require SI to interface with for projects. Partners are NOT suppliers, but rather, strategic alliances to ensure that the Olympus SI can meet the interface requirements of our common customers. Strategic partners may include vendors in the space of, but are not limited to, EHR, Imaging, VNA,
