This position will participate in the development of Brand sales strategy and be responsible for executing the strategy. Incumbent will also be responsible for day to day management and motivation of the sales reps, and personnel development therein.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

50%- Daily/Monthly goal focus with sales team. Includes one on ones, call monitoring & ride alongs.

20%- Customer face-to-face meetings

30%- Forward planning with GM, marketing & functional partners.

Nature and Scope

Reports to General Manager. Has 12 direct reports.

Environmental Job Requirements

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required - The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience - 5

Physical Job Requirements - Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On

rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
