The Jiffy Lube District Manager is responsible for assisting Jiffy Lube franchisees in delivering on their business objectives of car count growth, product volume increase, business development and revenue. The District Manager serves as the primary contact between Jiffy Lube International and franchisees in the assigned territory.

This position has one vacancy covering Georgia and Tennessee area. Preference is for candidate to be located within the region. Virtual, home-based worker.

  • Responsible for assisting the franchisee to increase customer count volume and revenue at the store level through marketplace awareness-including competitive analysis, demographic shifts, etc.

  • Responsible for conducting Annual Franchisee business reviews and business planning at the ADI / district level.

  • Able to develop actionable Business Plans.

  • Responsible for assisting the franchisee to increase customer count volume and revenue at the store level through marketplace awareness-including competitive analysis, demographic shifts, etc.

  • Responsible for conducting Annual Franchisee business reviews and business planning at the ADI/district level.

  • Able to effectively gather data in order to identify themes, seeking to identify business improvement opportunities in addition to transactional resolution.

  • Can effectively communicate analysis and conclusions to customers in a way to that influences change and performance improvement.

  • Effectively uses POPSA or equivalent pre-call template to prepare for meetings and discussions with Franchisees.

  • Effectively uses post call template to summarize meetings and delegate action and ensure commitment/accountability.

  • Accountable for ensuring the Jiffy Lube Compliance/Assurance Management Process is executed properly and areas of non-compliance are appropriately addressed with franchisees.

  • Responsible for protecting the Jiffy Lube Brand by enforcing the Franchise Agreement and Policy and Procedure Manual (P&P).

  • Communicate and ensure consistency in marketing and promotions of Jiffy Lube’s products and services.

  • Grow and retain key accounts and business relationships (B2B) by actively planning and calling on customers via calls and visits. Plan, train, and assist Franchisees with customer calls and visits.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and communications link between Jiffy Lube and the Franchise community

  • Work with Head Office support teams to:

  1. Assist in new store growth

  2. Franchise Renewal process

  3. Implement Opex

  4. Project / Deployment Lead for Initiatives including Jiffy lube multicare

The successful candidate will be responsible for 3 franchisees covering approximately 62 jiffy lube locations.

The stores are located in the Atlanta GA, and Nashville TN markets.

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

  • Must have Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum three (3) years experience in sales

  • Knowledge or experience in Automotive is an advantage

  • Good negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to persuade and influence key stakeholders.

  • Ability to understand and evaluate financial reports.

  • Understanding and the ability to work with franchisees and the franchise model.

  • Must be able to evaluate situations and make decisions based on circumstances.

  • Strong stakeholder, relationship management, and networking skills.

  • Strong capability to understand, incorporate and implement business strategies.
