Evaluation Technical Assistant

Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Human Capital group you will:
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery,Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs
Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Serve the client to provide evaluation and performance measurement technical assistance to client teams as required
Develop technical assistant materials and technical guidance materials to client & project teams

Typically has 5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence
Professional oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Knowledge and experience in health services research and evaluation methods, including both quantitative and qualitative methods
Experience in designing and conducting evaluation studies and demonstrated experience in developing, operationalizing, and analyzing performance measures for grant programs
Prior experience providing evaluation technical assistance and capacity building to health departments
Experience facilitating development of logic models for grantees/stakeholders
Client management and meeting facilitation skills
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
