HR Business Partner
We are seeking a personable, experienced HR Business Partner to support HR initiatives and act as a consultant on human resource matters for various lines of business within the Global Business Units. You should be a proactive communicator, detail oriented and highly organized; someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives. Duties for the HR Business Partner will include employee relations and investigations, management coaching, executing HR initiatives, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, and managing talent development processes. Your experience in human resources will aid the Global Business Unit by adding value to resolving employee issues, supporting management development, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, exceptional communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strong background in employee relations and superior organizational skills.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.
Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
