The Leader Development & Performance team is responsible for driving performance and developing leaders at all levels across Deloitte. Through leadership learning programs, Team Leader and Coach effectiveness efforts, performance management processes and innovative talent analytics strategies, the team delivers solutions to individuals, leaders and teams to enable all Deloitte professionals to bring their best to the work they deliver to our clients each day.

Key Responsibilities:

The Leader Development & Performance (LD&P) Specialist will work across the LD&P team to support data analytics activities to deliver on our objectives to:

  • Continue to improve and optimize the Reinvented Performance Management (RPM) process and its supporting tools

  • Derive insights to inform solutions about individual and team performance and engagement,Coach/Counselor and leader effectiveness, team effectiveness, and new hire integration

  • Support strategic efforts to deliver on organizational objectives above. Sample roles may include:

  • Perform key survey development, administration, and analysis activities

  • Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights and connect disparate ideas into cohesive messaging (data analysis in Excel and Tableau)

  • Build presentation materials to deliver performance analytics findings to leadership stakeholders: tell a story with data and compelling data visualizations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on operational and transactional reporting, cadence and delivery based on LD&P priorities

  • Work with new technology to administer behavioral nudges to develop leaders at all levels

  • Support LD&P team consultation efforts to help client engagement teams use data as a source for recommendations about how to fuel the performance and engagement of their teams

  • Represent LD&P in a variety of cross-functional initiatives within the Development Center of Excellence (COE)

  • Manage collaborative relationships with other data analytics teams in US and India
