The Manager Channel Marketing at Verizon Telematics will manage integrated marketing programs and merchandising for the diverse distribution channels for our consumer aftermarket solutions. Responsibilites include developing integrated marketing programs, oversight of substantial budget, management of program costs and measurement and analysis of channel markeitng programs to ensure effectiveness and ROI. The manager will work with a diverse group of channel partners and agencies.

This position will work across distributer organizations and with internal marketing teams to analyze performance of each channel and drive growth and loyalty of consumers aquired through each channel.

Duties

+ + Leads channel marketing, merchandising and growth programs for each of Hum’s distribution channels. This Manager will works with partner’s sales, operations, and marketing teams to create strategies for programs, gain the approvals necessary to implement by senior leadership, finance, and legal, and is required to operationalize, launch, measure, and refine programs to meet the goals of the program.

  • Leads metrics and analysis of channel sales and loyalty. Manager is responsible to measure the sales and loyalty results of each Hum distribution channel and identify areas of opportunity to improve sales growth and customer loyalty.

  • Builds business cases for recommended programs and strategies, secures marketing and finance leadership approval of programs and strategies and measures success and adherence to the business case for each program and opportunity, ensuring strong ROI.

  • Responsible to manage a substantial partner marketing budget effectively, and measure ROI of growth and loyalty programs.

What we’re looking for...

+ + Extensive experience driving consumer acquisition and loyalty in a multi-channel distribution environment for subscription based products or services.

  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing and advertising plans that drive leads/demand at best possible ROI.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience analyzing program effectiveness and ROI.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and team building skills. A successful candidate is a self-starting, motivated individual, willing to own and improve revenue generation for the company. Strong verbal skills and the ability to effectively present marketing strategies and ideas to team members and departmental management is required.

  • Experience working in a multi-channel consumer products company with a demonstrated record of superior business and personal performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a high performance, fast-paced team environment and ability to multi-task and prioritize.

To be successful in this strategic role, theManager ChannelMarketing should possess a reasonable combination of the following:

+ + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field, Master’s degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience developing and implementing marketing and acquisition programs, or relevant experience, with a significant focus on channel sales performance and operations.

  • 8+ years in B2C marketing.

  • 5+ years in the corporate or large organizational environment.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage matrixed support from a diverse group of individuals, business partners and agencies.
