Norfolk Southern Manager Supply Chain Technology in Atlanta, Georgia
Responsible for all major technology reviews, application development efforts, and day-to-day management of Modalgistics supply chain management systems.
Responsible for providing the day-to-day management associated with deploying, implementing and training Norfolk Southern customers on the use of Modalgistics end-to-end supply chain management system.
Provides the project management plans/time lines for supply chain management system projects and customer implementation plans.
Manages and develops the responsibilities associated with supervising and managing relationships with both third party vendors and external customers.
Leads the development efforts and drives the strategic direction of the Modalgistics performance measurement systems.
Prepares annual capital budget request (hardware and software), as well as, the development of long-range strategic planning with regards to product offering and product development.
Provides customer and internal training on the development and roll-out of supply chain management solutions.
Interacts closely with third-party software providers and application services providers, as well as, NS IT and Modalgistics customers.
Job Related Experience:
