Work You ll Do

As a Senior Manager you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.

  • Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk

  • Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

  • Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals

  • Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

  • Develop targeted engagement approaches to organizational re-alignment and structural design in order to minimize resistance, foster commitment and accelerate user adoption to transformational change events by assessing and segmenting stakeholders.

  • Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.

  • Design engagement strategies to drive successful implementation of large-scale organization transformation initiatives.

  • Manage human capital transformation projects, including developing deliverables, implementing solutions, and tracking and reporting activities.

  • Utilize client data to design improved talent performance management systems and development processes.

  • Implement tracking and measurement systems and tools such as creating benchmarking and collecting market data to provide ongoing quantitative measure of business results.

  • Conduct Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, change management, training, communication management and user acceptance testing for large-scale ERP technology implementations for SAP S4 Hana.

  • Analyze current organizational culture and forecast transition impact using behavioral tools including performance and readiness-for-change assessments.

  • Develop new organizational culture to foster transformation goals through customized activities for corporate culture building, internal community engagement, eminence building and recruiting.

  • Provide comprehensive workforce planning and transition strategy by preparing job descriptions and profiles that outline job responsibilities, accountabilities and competency definitions.

  • Identify career paths, required leadership and stakeholder attributes and the role of leadership in effective change progress.

  • Develop frameworks that improve client future-state organizational design and alignment to optimize efficiency and profitability.

  • Create structured approaches to drive the execution of specific transformation initiatives using Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.

  • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.

  • Prepare proposals for organization change management and talent solutions to support business transformations, including design, scoping, approach, best practices and timeline recommendations. Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in a Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Management (any) or a related field.

  • 8 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience providing strategic consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.

  • 5 years in Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Industry.

  • At least 2 Full Life Cycle Implementation of SAP S4 Hana.

  • 8 years of experience with:

  • Utilizing client data to design improved talent performance management systems and development processes;

  • Contributing to the development of tracking and measurement systems and tools such as creating benchmarking and collecting market data to provide ongoing quantitative measure of business results;
