Home Depot OLA, Digital Advertising Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia
Ensures accurate and timely coordination of The Home Depot s Digital Ad-Banner (DAB) Program. Responsible for coordination/execution of product-to-market content and timely execution of program. Primary stakeholder of IBM Ad-Planning, associated maintenance and database management. Supports the OLA (On Line Advertising) Project Manager s, Designers and Developers in creation and support of weekly performance summaries/reports and Marketing Communications to senior leadership. Attends marketing/merchandising advertising strategy and turn-in meetings as necessary to collect all relevant product attributes
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
35%-Works in tandem with OLA Project Manager team to ensure DAB materials contain timely and accurate product and pricing information. Responsible for keeping team and process tasks in alignment with Critical Path and Production Schedule and gathering and coordination of all relevant assets to ensure timely execution of projects
20%-Keys all DAB data to IBM Ad Planning and Promotions Manager, validates accuracy and ensures timely communication to all stakeholders
20%-Responsible for ensuring offers/promotions are relevant and represented accurately
15%-Supports team in weekly efforts of Sr. leadership reports creation and distribution-gathers necessary assets
10%-Attends strategy and turn-in meetings to ensure timely and accurate procurement/submission of assets

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
