In alignment with Deloitte Ecosystems and Alliances, the Technology Oracle Resell Deal Manager has the unique opportunity to get in on ground floor of a resale program that will make a significant impact in the firm.

Work you will do:

The Oracle Deal Manager will be responsible for the management of Resell deals beginning to end by working closely with Deloitte s sales executives, pursuit teams as well as Oracle, and other vendors as applicable.

The Oracle Deal Manager will focus on the following activities:

  • Understand and own all aspects of the Resell sales cycle from lead qualification, from deal registration, products pricing, contract management to deal booking.

  • Understand Oracle s solutions offering and develop bills of materials for complex deals (on-premise, cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Infrastructure, etc.).

  • Understand Oracle s License GTM Strategy and Models, along with a thorough understanding of pricing.

  • Understand, own and manage the end-to-end process with Oracle executing a Resell deal, including all contact points with Oracle and Oracle tools involved.

  • Track and manage all documents pertaining to an Oracle Resell deal pricing, quotes, and agreements.

  • Understand and educate Deloitte partners and senior managers on rules of engagement for the Deloitte Oracle Resell process.

In addition, the Oracle Deal Manager will also support the below activities:

  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell Oracle Resell opportunities.

  • Participate in efforts to increase awareness of Deloitte s Resell capability across the practice, including meetings, webinars, communications, etc.

  • Build strong relationships with Oracle (the vendor) and within the Deloitte Marketing Offering.

  • Understand and leverage Deloitte s offering portfolio and go-to-market strategy to build business.

  • Managing and reporting Oracle resell activities and forecasts to leadership.

  • Work with other Vendors (outside of Oracle) on Resell activities as applicable.

The team

Deloitte U.S. s Resell team focuses on reselling of software, hardware, cloud services to our existing and new client base. The Resell team does this by collaborating with Deloitte Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and Sales Executives across consulting functions to identify client engagements where there is a potential to bundle hardware and software sales with implementation and support services and maintenance.
