We recognize that youhave unique skills, experiences, and interests, so we divide the broad scope ofthe Pathfinder Associate Deloitte Application Studio (DAS) Salesforce Internrole into skills-based segments in order to best align each professional with afocus area. The segments function as subgroups that our analysts leverage tonetwork and enhance their professional development. Setting our people up forsuccess is our highest priority. The Pathfinder Associate DAS Salesforce Internwill align to one of the following areas: Developeror Administrator.
Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop code using APEX and lightning components
Ability to debug Salesforce system
Conduct code commits; move code from one environment to another
Develop visual force pages; knowledge of Salesforce emails, triggers
Conduct admin changes; set up profiles, develop page layouts
Participate in daily standup by following agile processes and retrospectives
Experience with Salesforce configuration
Create profiles, layouts, and page creation
Develop workflows, triggers and object management
The internship will also involve the following skillsets and activities:
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, peers, and clients. Possess excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, and follow-up skills
Attention to detail along with deadline management
Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly in a deadline-driven environment
Motivated self-starter who has a strong desire and curiosity to learn about all aspects of corporate Technology
As anInformation Technology Services professional, you ll get thechance to work with an experienced team on projects that will build on yourtechnical and business skills and help our clients achieve a higher level ofservice in operational efficiency and business value. Depending on your role, you ll will have the opportunity to engage incyber risk detection and prevention, web/mobile application design anddevelopment, web hosting, database administration and management, and overallbusiness operations.

Associate s Degree in process or completed in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related degree
Successful completion of the Deloitte Pathfinder Program
Strong academic track record (minimum 3.2 GPA)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
