Job Summary

  • Manages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar, thereby increasing the potential for larger change orders and consequences of error.

  • May act independently as the IE representative with consulting firms and ensures that the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements.

  • Manages projects which have greater complexity than a Program Manager III.

  • Increasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related degree

  • 10+ years of civil works management experience or related technical fields

  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel along with required and experience with change orders and claims associated with large construction projects

  • Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedules, and budgets with expectation to facilitate any action from inception to closure by tasking, tracking an supporting

  • Construction Quality Management Certification (CQM)

  • Working knowledge of RMS

  • Must have good oral and written communication skills. Presentations may be required

  • Interacting with clients and contractors requires candidate to have a professional presentation along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License

  • Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required

  • Interim secret security clearance required
