POSITION SUMMARY

Act as a primary resource/support for Sales and/or Service staff, producers, plan sponsors, and customers for various business segments. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, reviewing and processing new business proposals, enrolling new business cases, and researching service related inquiries.

Fundamental Components:

-Review and process new business proposals.

-Work cross-functionally with various internal and external teams on necessary components of a new business sale to ensure a timely and accurate case installation.

-Assist sales team with answering constituents questions regarding products, processes, and procedures, as needed.

-Assist Account Executive staff with client presentations, marketing materials for enrollment meetings, and other necessary information required by the broker/client related to Aetna's Engagement tools.

-Work in various systems & enrollment platforms to process case information.

-Other responsibilities may include operational, financial, or administrative tasks, as required.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

-Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

-Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

-An effective communicator verbally and in written form with all levels of people and management.

-A take charge attitude to identify, research, and resolve difficult situations.

-Proficient with standard Microsoft office software.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/Life, Accident or Sickness License is desired
