We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) practice and manage a structured, consistent, and continuous risk management process applied across an entire organization that allows companies to better understand and address material risks. This consultant will be directly responsible for independently developing and maintaining the client relationship by providing comprehensive consulting services that include, but are not limited to: Current State/Gap Analysis Risk Identification and Assessment Risk Analysis Risk Evaluation Risk Reporting Business Continuity Business recovery planning IT recovery plan Operational reengineering Introduction of backup single suppliers Outsourcing of critical functions to spread the risk Adjustment of inventory control strategies Establishment of spare capacity/backup production capabilities In addition, this Senior ERM Consultant will have the ability to function as Business Development professional with proven performance to engage with senior level stakeholders for large, complex accounts, lead or author complex and comprehensive due diligence and stewardship reports for a high-priority account and gain new and/or expanded business. Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management consulting with focus on sales and business development Prior Management Consulting experience Knowledge of client's industry, broad knowledge of insurance and knowledge of the range of Marsh resources Strong project management experience Marsh is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management.
