Work you ll do

This position within the Global Service Management Center of Excellence (COE) Architecture team will take a lead role in the assurance of service architectural designs and approaches enabling meeting business outcomes as it pertains to the scope of services, delivery model(s), people, processes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supporting Operational Level Agreements. This role will be responsible for creating Service Models to support Operational teams in the delivery of IT services, to ensure onboarded services meet warranty and utility requirements. This position will work closely with the COE Architecture Lead, COE Solution Architect, and COE Business Analyst to facilitate creation of Service Architectures that will define new service models.

  • Leads the Service Delivery workstream responsible for defining artifacts and standards for operational acceptance validation

  • Responsible for design of IT service architecture and the components within it, ensuring design aligns to business and technology requirements

  • Develop strategies to ensure that performance measures of IT services meet the needs of the business, and any service agreements that may be in place

  • Develop Service Design methods to facilitate the design and development of new services

  • Participating in projects, not only during service design and service transition, but also for operational projects

  • Support design of test scenarios for the functionality, performance and manageability of IT services to support service transition activities
